Employer Sponsored Visas

Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) Subclass 186 visa is the one under which the skilled worker can live and work in Australia permanently after being nominated by an Australian employer. The visa is meant to accommodate qualified professionals capable of making a long-term commitment to stay and work in Australia.

There are three streams of the Subclass 186 visa, each of which is adjusted to the particular circumstances of the applicants:

Subclass 494 is aimed at allowing working professionals who want to live and work in Australia. The goal is to allow employers in designated regional areas of Australia to sponsor overseas workers for roles that cannot be filled locally.
